he Bunk Inn was extended in 2002 after many requests over the years to include quality accommodation. Currently there are seven luxury en-suite bedrooms, two twin and five doubles; all large enough to accomodate a fold up third bed for a family weekend occasion.
One comment made by many customers who have stayed with us is "you don't expect bedrooms in a pub to be fitted out to such a high
standard." Each bedroom offers television with 32 channels, tea and coffee making facilities and most importantly a 5ft 6" wide king size bed (unless you prefer a twin) with 100% cotton sheets and duvet covers (we don't like polyester!), so you can be assured of getting a good nights sleep.
Each room has been specially designed so that they are in keeping with the pub's unique character. "We have always had a warm, relaxed atmosphere and wanted to carry that through with the bedrooms as well."
The full English breakfast included in the price of the room is to die for. One businessman who has travelled the world over for many years told us it was the best he had ever eaten. Praise indeed!
Although we are situated only two miles from junction 13 of the M4, our location is nestled in the heart of the countryside. This makes it an ideal location with Newbury being only a short drive away. Local attractions include; Newbury Racecourse, a host of golf courses including Newbury and Crookham and Parasampia Golf and Country Club and much more.
