Duck breast, duck leg bon bon, plum, salsify, charred baby jam, artichoke puree, duck & plum jus with a side of duck liver pâté & sourdough

Baked Alaska- chocolate brownie, banana ice cream, Italian meringue, white chocolate ganache, cranberry
